Her approach is informed by both real-world experience and rigorous research. Jessica earned her Doctor of Business Administration in Business Intelligence from Marymount University, where her work explored how AI and cybersecurity intersect with risk management, combining academic rigor with Fortune 500 practicality. She has worked with multinational teams across six continents, guiding organizations through digital transformation, secure systems implementation, and strategic risk mitigation.

Jessica doesn't just advise boards on governance, she practices it. She currently serves as Vice President on the CyRoot Academy Board of Directors, advancing cybersecurity education and workforce development. She previously served as Vice President for Professional Development on the PMI Minnesota board and as a board member for the National Association of Women Business Owners, Minnesota Chapter. That board experience gives her firsthand insight into the governance challenges leaders face when navigating cyber and AI risks.
