Jessica's doctorate work at Marymount University explored how AI and cybersecurity intersect with risk management—combining academic rigor with Fortune 500 practicality. She's worked with multinational teams across six continents, guiding organizations through digital transformation, secure systems implementation, and strategic risk mitigation.

Jessica doesn't just advise—she governs them. She currently serves as Vice President on the CyRoot Academy Board of Directors, advancing cybersecurity education and workforce development. Previously, she served as Vice President for Professional Development on the PMI Minnesota board and as a board member for the National Association of Women Business Owners - Minnesota Chapter.
